I contacted Beth Billington nine months before I planned to list my home. She scheduled all of the contractors to come by on the same day to look at the jobs and take measurements, and a few days later I had bids for all of them. After I decided which bids to accept, her team scheduled the work for me and everything was completed on time and with high quality. By the time the home was staged, videoed and photographed, it showed beautifully and was move-in ready. It was listed for five days during which over 150 groups viewed it, we received 25 offers, and got almost 40% above asking. I can’t say enough good things about working with Beth and her team. Selling a home is something I might do only occasionally, but Beth does it every day. I relied on her knowledge, vast experience, and her connections with contractors, and that made the entire process of selling the home as quick and easy as possible.
