Beth/Jean helped me purchase a house in the Seattle area. Jean was extremely responsive and explained everything we needed to know in detail. Her recommendation for what we should offer on the house was perfect to get an offer approved. She also visited the house several times to make sure everything was in order and recommended movers and others to help fix the issues with the house.
